Oak Ledge Recruiting was founded in 2011 by Keith Heffernan. Keith earned his B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar, and his MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business. Prior to starting Oak Ledge Recruiting, Keith spent 15 years in the private equity industry investing in both tech-focused growth capital deals and leveraged buyouts across multiple industries. Keith was a pre-MBA Junior Associate with General Atlantic Partners and was an Associate, Vice President, and Partner with Olympus Partners. While at Olympus, Keith was in charge of all recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering case studies, evaluating, hiring, and training.
